About Clare
Clare Ellinger is an E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, and certified Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor through the School of Positive Transformation. Clare is a Graduate of the Duke IM Integrative Heath Coach Professional Training Program, and is very passionate about helping others to heal from a variety of physical, mental, or emotional obstacles in an integrative and holistic approach. Clare has always found joy and healing through movement. This led her to become an NASM certified personal trainer, certified Pilates instructor, and ABT certified ballet instructor through level 3. She incorporates elements of those trainings into her sessions to formulate creative and highly personalized practices to best meet the individuals abilities, needs, and desires. Clare discovered yoga and meditation in a very difficult season of her life where she was facing heavy grief, unexpected health challenges, and debilitating anxiety. Yoga and meditation became a safe space for her to begin processing, healing, and eventually to find clarity and purpose. Through the ancient wisdom of these practices, she gained tools that cured the panic attacks she was previously having, she was able to overcome seemingly impossible health obstacles and feel good again, and she began to develop a transformative outlook towards life. Clare is now devoted to coming alongside others in accessing the incredible healing and peace that is already within them through Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness practices, Integrative Health Counseling, and other holistic approaches. Clare is passionate about empowering people as they face their own challenges that seem impossible, and is honored to assist them in awakening resilience and powerful tools that will carry them through tumultuous seasons of life. She loves to spend her free time going on adventures in nature with her family, and meditating with her cat Stella. Clare cares deeply about everyone she has the gift of interacting with and will compassionately guide them in a way that will allow them to feel safe, accepted, and supported as they heal and expand.
